10 Tips For Saving Cash On Your Gas

By Pete Lance

Gas prices are getting more and more ridiculous. And it’s going to keep increasing with no limit in sight! For the new car owners out there, do you know that a gallon of unleaded gasoline used to cost only $1.25?

Therefore, it is becoming more and more important to maximize your money and save at the gas station.

So here we have compiled 10 best tips to help you get the most out of your dollar!

Tip 1: Shop Around
This is the advice that you can apply anytime you buy anything. Always shop around. You can get a cheaper price for your favorite brand, and probably a yet cheaper price for a different brand.

Tip 2: Use a Gasoline Credit Card
Gasoline credit cards are great! They can save you 5 10ff your gasoline purchase.

Tip 3: Buy Gasoline When the Weather is Cool
Gasoline is denser in cooler temperatures, such as in the morning or at night. Gas stations measure volume, not density, so you'll be getting more solid fuel than vapors, thus improving your overall gas mileage.

Tip 4: Avoid Gas Stations That Just Refilled Their Tanks
When underground tanks are refilled, particles at the bottom of the tank get stirred up, and when these particles get into your gasoline tank, they affect the fuel efficiency of your car.

Tip 5: Don’t Top Off
The gas pump needs time to draw out the full amount of gas, so When you purchase a bit of gas the station, you get short bursts of fuel that you'll probably pay extra for. You should refill your tank when you have less than half a talk left or when you find a price that is so low you cannot afford to miss it.

Tip 6: Don’t Use High Octane Gas
Most cars nowadays are built to run on regular unleaded gas. Purchasing higher octane gas is simply a waste of money. Octane measures how hard it is to ignite gas, not the quality of the gas, so getting higher octane gas will not improve fuel efficiency. You should only get these more expensive gases when your engine pings, knocks or rattles.

Tip 7: Pump Your Own Gas
It's cheaper to pump your own gas at the self-serve stations rather than using the full-serve pumps. Full-serve gasoline naturally costs more.

Tip 8: Lessen the Use of Air-Conditioning
This tip is simple enough. Air-conditioning uses electricity, and they can reduce fuel economy by up to 20àIt's advisable to use the air ventilation system instead.

Tip 9: Plan Your Trip
You can avoid unnecessary driving by planning your trip before hand, and of course that saves you money on gas consumption.

Tip 10: Purchase Vehicles That Get Good Mileage
This is probably one of the best tips anybody can give on saving money at the gas pump. It's always better to purchase vehicles that get good gas mileage. Check with your car dealer about cars that have better fuel economy.

Why Won't My Car Start?

By Randy Harkins

Have you ever had your car just "die" on you, you try to start it and it just will not start. You end up calling a tow truck and paying those big tow bills, then to make matters worse the technician at the shop tells you that it will cost hundreds of dollars to make it run again,is that true? Maybe maybe not.

I own and work as a diagnostics Tech here at Ace Automotive in Lakewood Wa and I can tell you from experience if some people knew just a little more about their cars workings they could save a whole lotta money. Say for instance you are driving at night wipers and heater ,lights and radio on you notice that the headlights keep getting dimmer and dimmer soon the vehicle "dies" and now won't start the most likely cause is the alternator has failed, not the battery because if the battery failed the alternator would still keep power to the vehicle until you turned it off then it would not restart.

You are driving for a while and the car just "shuts off" all the instrument lights come on but when you try to start it it just turns over but will not start. First it depends what kind of car this happend to if it was an import like say Honda, acura, toyota, subaru, nissan, mitubishi, the engine timing belt may have broken (if it's been more that 60,000 miles since you changed it last time) you should be able to tell if when you try to start the engine it sounds different like its just "freewheeling" faster than normal, this is bad cause most of the import cars mentioned will do expensive damage to the engine when the timing belt breaks.

If your vehicle is a domestic one chevy ford ect, be patient wait a little bit maybe 30-45 min and try to start it if it starts hurray! But it will "die" again once it's hot enough again, be sure to tell your local tech this valuable information and ask for all parts they replace to repair your vehicle to let them know you know something about the car too.

What are Newsreaders? Bringing the News Directly to You

by: gaia22

People need to be in the know. That is why the news was probably invented. Human being need to be updated of what is happening around them, at least, or what is going on around the world. It is remarkable to see how news has developed throughout the history of human civilization. Back in the ancient times, people would only hear pages announce the latest goings-on with the king or the emperor's realm.

In the modern times, the newspaper emerged as a more powerful and widespread medium for information dissemination. The 20th century gave way to theinvention of the radio and television as yet other potent channels for spreading the latest tidbits. The 90s gave way to the boom of the Internet, which is not continuing to be fastest growing means of getting updated. One of the offshoots of the wonder that is the Internet are newsreaders, bring the news directly to people.

What Newsreaders Are

Newsreaders are basically programs that let people gain access to the world of news. In a way, newsreaders retrieve the news that people prefer to read so that they would not have to manually retrieve them from their original sources. There are two kinds of newsreaders.

During the early times of the internet, which means just a decade ago, the term newsreader particularly referred to software that let users read newsgroups and UseNet' which are somewhat like online bulletins that keep people posted regarding what is happening with a particular area of interest whether it is about the wars in the middle east or Madonna's latest album.

Nowadays, the term is also used to refer to news feed readers or aggregators, which in turn are programs that retrieve particular content called feeds. With news feed readers, people would just subscribe to a particular site or a particular section of the site, and the newsreader would automatically retrieve the updates.

What is the difference between the two?

The old newsreaders get news from a newsgroup. As said, newsgroups are like online bulletin boards where people send messages to be seen publicly. People subscribe to newsgroups to discuss a particular topic which could be either general politics, science, music, business, or specific Republicans, Mariah Carey, or Fortune 500 Companies. With newsgroups, the members themselves send the news to the server. When they learn of something new regarding the particular topic of interest, they can update the newsgroup members by posting a message.

On the other hand, news aggregators collect updates from any web content, be it a web site, a blog, or a podcast, that publishes web feeds. Users that like particular web content and would like to keep track of that content's updates may just subscribe to it using their newsreader. Whenever something new happens to that content, the newsreader is automatically updated, letting the subscriber gain immediate access to the update. The beauty of news aggregators is that people may subscribe to just a particular part of the entire web content they like, thus they may choose to only get updates to that particular portion. This is like having a particular column delivered to them regularly, instead of receiving the whole newspaper all the time.

What Makes Newsreaders Great

Newsreaders are great tools for those who want to be in the know but find it tedious to keep on checking for information. Newsreaders reduce the need for people to manually go to separate websites and forums just to see if something new has happened. This allows people to know about all the things they are interested in using just one program, making news retrieval not only convenient, but easy and fast as well.

Where to Find Newsreaders

There are many newsreaders available throughout the Internet. To know which ones are available to gain access to newsgroups and Usenet, one may simple visit a website that provides information about newsreaders, giving recommendations as to which ones are good for getting updated using newsgroups.

Newsreaders are definitely great tools to keep people in the know. The convenience and efficiency they provide make it appear as if news is delivered directly to you.

Ten Secret Ways to Make Your Brain Get The Write Idea!

by: ebookxpert

Once you have an idea for a book and a plan for how to get it written and marketed, it's time to put your brain to work with some writing exercises.

Here are 10 different tips to help your brain get the WRITE idea:

1) When an idea comes to you, usually unexpectedly, it is time to write right now! Record it on anything that is handy and transfer it to full size paper as soon as possible so you won't lose it.

2) You should write as long and as often as possible when you're in the mood to write. Ideas can flow over a period of minutes, hours and days so steal time if you have to in order to write when you are on a roll. It's a justifiable action.

3) Write in the places where you are most inspired and where you go to relax and rejuvenate yourself. If you write in these places you will increase writing time because these are the places you frequent in order to make sense of life. Inspirational locations bring out the best in you.

4) Carry with you at all times key words and phrases from your Table of Contents along with supporting points you want included. Use this barebones outline to write in the waiting rooms of doctors offices or while your wife/husband is shopping or whenever the opportunity presents itself. Key words and phrases are all you need to get you started writing. They are all the inspiration you need.

5) Get up a little early 2 or 3 days a week or go to bed a little later 2 or 3 days a week. Set aside this time to write. You might also consider using part of your lunch hour, if you get an hour, to write a few days a week.

6) If you are a sports fan write between periods, at half time or even during those 3-5 minute commercial breaks. You might also try keeping the sports event on the TV muted even when the game is on. If I'm rolling along with my writing I don't really need the sound to understand what is going on and I can always un-mute the TV if something interesting is going on.

7) If you're writing a particularly interesting or important section of your book, leave it out where you can see it. It's easier to just pick it up and write for a few minutes if it's readily available. Having your work handy also generates ideas just by looking at it. You can jot down those ideas in the margins of your work. (In our house my papers may get moved in the tidying process. Make sure you know where your spouse puts those tidied papers! Consider investing in an inbox for those inevitable fits of housecleaning; that way, you will never lose something important.)

8) If you have kids, arrange to exchange babysitting or child watching sessions with someone to allow you to write in a large block of time during times when it's your best time to create. I'm a morning writer and a sports watching writer. Exchanging child sitting time must be mutually beneficial. Using this kind of arrangement also removes any guilt and frustration you might experience regarding finding and using large blocks of time.

9) Pay someone to look after the children. At crucial times in the book authoring process this may be a good investment. This is especially true if writing is a re-creational activity for you. You deserve time for yourself doing what you want to do that has a positive impact on your life.

10) Request for your birthday a weekend retreat to write your book. Pick a location that's inspiring for you, relaxing but not distracting, and where interruptions are at a minimum. It could be at a friend's house or cottage while they are away for the weekend. Or better yet, send your family away on a great weekend vacation while you stay at home in the comfort of your own office. This plan works just as well for a single day as it would for a weekend.

Starting with these ten strategies will propel you toward success.

Ten More Powerful Secrets To Make Your Brain Get the Write Idea

by: ebookxpert

Authoring your book is the most important business decision you can make. Your book will position you as the expert in you field. The media will clamor to interview you providing you with massive exposure. Your book, if positioned using principles of the Entrepreneurial Authoring Program, will provide an un-ending source of leads for your business. This means ultimately more money for you.

Here are 10 more powerful secrets to make your brain get the write idea:

1. Set specific, measurable goals regarding time. Schedule two 1.5 hour blocks of writing time each week, for example, after considering the impact on others and accommodating your schedule. Writing daily for 15 minutes may be a reasonable and attainable goal.

2. Take 15 minutes a day as reflective time or I.G.A. time (Idea Generating Activity Time). Think about what you are working on and record all ideas that come to you during this time. In this situation you are writing ideas not content but the content will come later.

3. Invite your friends to have coffee and treats with you. Tell them in advance you want their input on some ideas you have for your book. Pay for their coffee and harvest their thoughts. This motivates you to write and enhances your commitment to the process. Remember that reflection and I.G.A. activities are an integral part of the writing process.

4. Write when you need to! Drop everything and write when the time is right or the situation demands it. Don't feel guilty! You can forgo other jobs and responsibilities you should have been doing and do them later. If others can do this then why can't you?

5. Use your time more efficiently by having all the materials you need for writing in one location so you can just sit down at any time and write. Whenever you end one authoring session you should automatically prepare the catalyst material to begin the next. This includes being very specific about the topic and key words to begin writing immediately upon sitting down. You will save 10 to 15 or more minutes per session when you prepare in advance. Take 5 minutes to get ready at the end of each session to prepare for the next one, and save writing time for the next session.

6. Treat the time you take for writing as recreational time. It's writing time that energizes you and makes your life more worthwhile. Tell others how important writing time is for you. They will help you find time to write.

7. Make a pact with your spouse or significant other to trade large blocks of time so each of you can pursue your individual interests. This removes any conflicts and any guilt feelings about using large amounts of time for writing.

8. Prioritizing is a key to successfully reaching your goals in life. Making writing one of your priorities and advertising that plan of yours will open up possibilities to write more. Others respect what you value if they value your friendship.

9. Think Big Picture. Your daily to-do list cannot govern your life. Authoring a book is a Big Picture item. Taking time out just to think and reflect and plan is okay. It will motivate you to write. Go for a bike ride or a walk in the woods to help you keep focused on the Big Picture. Remember that writing is the doing part of thinking. Give yourself time to think and reflect.

10. Use your time more efficiently by having all the materials you need for writing located in one place so you can just sit down at any time and write. Whenever you end one writing session you should automatically prepare the catalyst material to begin the next. This includes being very specific about the topic and key words to begin writing immediately upon sitting down. You will save 10 to 15 or more minutes per session when you prepare in advance. Take 5 minutes to get ready at the end of each writing session to prepare for the next one, and save writing time for the next session.

There is a third set of tips in this series. The best advice I can give you is simply to start putting one or two of these strategies into practice, then add another one or two. Do the ones that are the most powerful for you in your life first.

The Inner Workings of Magazine Publishing

by: vgevge

What is the working protocol of journalism especially for magazines? Also what is the role of editor-in-chief in a magazine and the working hierarchy in a magazine... who reports to whom? Also how much should the editor-in-chief allow the owners/publishers/directors of the media company to interfere in the editorial content? These are just some of the questions that is normally asked about the inner workings of a magazine.

First, I'm not sure what you mean by "working protocol of journalism." Are you talking about relationships with sources, between editors and reporters, or something else? In the context of your other questions, I wonder if you mean something to do with editorial authority, too.

Second,Various journalism roles can vary quite a bit, actually, from publication to publication. Some companies have more "hands-on" management styles, while others give their executives more autonomy. But, in general, the editor-in-chief has control over the publication's editorial contents and direction, just as the advertising director has control over the ad contents, placement, and policies.

That doesn't mean the editor is God, because he/she shares power with other high-ranking executives. The editor's greatest management skill is in working effectively with people -- knowing how to negotiate with other power brokers who have a say in how the magazine is put together, distributed, etc.

I'll give you an example of hierarchy: In the trade magazine publishing company where I worked, there was an individual editor over each magazine. We shared a pool of in-house writers, and we each contracted separately with freelancers as needed. There also was an advertising director who managed the ad sales and placement for each of the three magazines. If I didn't like the ad placement in my magazine, I could go to her and negotiate; she was usually agreeable within reason.

(Of course, we usually prevented negotiations by talking in advance about special features that would need special space, and she was conversant with our standard placement of recurring features, etc.) We also worked with execs at various support companies -- R.R.

Donnelley printing in Senatobia, Miss., which required us to meet certain format standards with what we submitted and to adhere to agreed-upon timetables; and the company that wrapped, labeled, and mailed our magazines, which required clear directives, correct mailing label files, and adherence to agreed-upon timetables. We also worked with the business office in our publishing company to communicate clearly about incoming bills from freelancers (then signing off on them) and other issues.

In other words, the hierarchy is broader, and less linear, than I thought it would be from my studies in journalism. The real world is much, much, much more "cooperative" than it is territory based. And, sadly for editors, the power tends to reside where the money is (hint: Not in the editorial offices). Often, the ad director swings a bigger stick than you will as an editor. Make close friends with the ad director -- do favors when you can. You'll need to call those favors in at some point. Make sure you develop a relationship as allies rather than as adversaries.

Last, The editor-in-chief has limited options in how much he lets the magazine's owners, publishers, and other higher-ups interfere with the editorial content. He should establish the extent of his authority when he is hired and, if possible, have it spelled out in writing. Clear upfront communications are the best preventative step. He can help prevent problems by communicating clearly with his bosses about editorial directions and getting buy-in as he goes along rather than waiting for issues to arise.

If issues are raised later on, the editor's best tool is to be persuasive to his bosses and help them understand why his editorial judgment should prevail. However, when push comes to shove, the editor's choices are limited: Stay and bow to his boss's wishes, violate his boss's wishes and take the consequences, or quit. If he has an employment contract that has been violated, he may consider suing, but that would be rare. Often, compromise (within the limits of your personal ethics) is the best option.

How To Leverage Your Mindset For Success!

by: ebookxpert

Business is about influence, or leverage. Your book that you will author is a tool to leverage your credibility. And the first step in preparing your mind for success is to see yourself as an expert. Another way of looking at this is that you must sell yourself first to your dream of the possibility of becoming a best selling author.

So there are really two sales that must take place: the first sale is the one you make to yourself. The second sale is the one that actually produces money for you when members of your target audience complete the transaction with you.

To master the sale to yourself it is imperative that you write your own book. No ghost writer. You want your voice to come out strong and clear. One of the concepts we will discuss is your UPP which stands for your Unique Personal Proposition, which means your unique story. There is nobody better to get your message out then you! No one else has your story. Remember that the main reason people come to the Internet is to solve problems.

The purchasers of your book want your guidance. So you are paid to provide solutions to the problems that keep people up at night.

Creating Ideas

Here is how you create ideas: Complete a five minute exercise where you put your core concept in the center of a piece of paper and list as many ideas that are related to what you want to do. The key is to write everything down and do not pre-judge anything. This is the creative phase. You want to write as quickly as you can. Do not reflect at all on your ideas. The personal reflection comes in the next phase.

The key to brainstorming is recording all your ideas. This allows your subconscious to find relationships among them. There are three relationships that your mind will look at when analyzing your ideas. The great philosopher Socrates first espoused this concept 300 years before the time of Christ.

This process involves analyzing a) the similarity of your ideas (What is this concept like?); and b) The contiguity of your ideas (How are the ideas related to each other); and then c) the contrast of your ideas (How the ideas are different).

The ideas you create should all be involved in solving your target market's problems. To bring this home on how this should guide the writing of your book, the late and great G.K. Chesterton summarized the importance of analyzing problems first when he stated that the focus should not be on your book, but on understanding and magnifying your target market's problems first.

Your focus is not on you or what you think people need, but on the people, your target audience, and what they tell you they need.

This begins with understanding the difference between empathy versus sympathy. As an author, you must empathize with your target market. Empathy goes one step further than sympathy. Though the difference is essentially one of focus. Sympathy is the ability of showing how sorry you are that one person is going thru a painful situation. Empathy focuses on providing solutions for your target market. And the solutions that you provide should communicate the desired attitudes (what should I think) and the specific skills that are required to move to the desired end point (How do I get what I want and why should I do it a certain way and how do I implement an overall strategy in my life to make it happen).

Implementation is a key reason why information is the enemy to ultimate success. Information alone is passive as it fails to contextualize content. There is no implementation or ACTION if all you have is information. It is all content and no context.

The Author's Mindset

The first principle is preparation. Authoring your best seller is no different than preparing to participate in an athletic event. You don't just show up on game day without putting your body through immense preparations. The key to authoring a best selling book is to prepare before you start writing.

Here are the steps in preparation as we see it: there must be order in your life. Order begins in your mind, and then it must be channeled with a concrete game plan. Your success must acknowledge the need for patience, endurance and the ability to act in the face of fear and failure. Success does not come easily. You pay the price every step of the way.

The first step in preparation is to acknowledge your dream.

But what good is a dream if it stays in your head? You must give your dream legs. Thus, the second step is to take action on your dream of authoring your book. Don't wait for life to slow down, because you know it won't. Start making your dream of authoring a book a reality today.

Music: Good Lyrics Make a Good Song

by: tomcornish Micheal

It is difficult to speak about music in general, as it will either take a lot of time or just one sentence to explain our attitude. It is an art which truly reflects life. It reveals our thoughts and wishes, stirs our memories and fills our minds with new ideas. We listen to music, we dance to music, finally we relax to music. In fact, music is all around us: in our iPods, Mp3 players, on TV, over the radio and in our hearts.

The world of music has no limits and everybody can discover there something which will meet their preferences and needs. Without music our life would be colourless and monotonous. We take delight in music, because it influences our mood and imagination, truly reflects our inner state and features of character, stirs deep emotions and makes us think. With its help we reduce stress and get new strength.

When we speak about music we commonly mean songs. Songs are all based on lyrics and melodies. Countless studies have showed that words considerably effect our way of thinking, actions and state of mind, and mostly outside conscious awareness. Favorite songs are listened to over and over, thus affecting our understanding of the world and people aroun us and awakening our emotions.

Lyrics are believed to be the most recognisable part of any song. It makes one song sound different from another. It makes it appealing to listeners. No doubt, there is also the rhythm that makes a song sound unique. But words are far easier to remember compared to instrumental music. In addition, they can be easily translated to somebody else. Thus, you will quicker find a CD, if you remember some main lyrics of a song you have heard over the radio. Lyrics are a significant part of any song which fans give special attention to. Nevertheless, there are good and bad song lyrics. Good lyrics are comrehensible and clear to a large circle of listeners, because they highlight crucial life situations and tell touching life stories. Bad lyrics mainly concentrate on trivial things that are unimportant and have no profound meaning. Sometimes they are simple slogans one step away from sheer gibberish. Many fans download songs which have meanings.

Hence, good lyrics combined with pleasantly sounded tunes turn a song into a musical masterpiece which will be listened to over and over by people of different age groups and nationalities and passed down from generation to generation.

Include Dyeable Shoes in Your Wedding Look

by: jenniferbailey009
Choosing shoes to go with your wedding ensemble can be difficult, especially if you have chosen a wedding dress with color accents. Matching the colors in your wedding gown or your bridesmaids’ dresses exactly can be tricky, although there are some things you can do to make the task easier. One of the best ways to make sure that your shoes and gown match perfectly is to opt for dyeable shoes and you can match the color of your wedding attire.

Dying your shoes to match your gown can be difficult because you have to match the colors perfectly. If you have never ordered shoes dyed to match a dress or gown, these tips can help you get through the process with a pair of shoes that actually match your dress.

1. Start by choosing dyeable shoes.

Not every pair of shoes can be dyed to match your dress. You may find many web sites that offer wedding shoe styles that are dyeable. They range in from ballerina flats to sky-high heels and strappy sandals. Dyeable shoes are generally made from a satin-type fabric that takes dye well. The fabric may be the entire face of the shoe, or it may be part of the shoe design. Be sure to choose shoes that can be dyed and know which parts of the shoe is actually dyeable so that you are not disappointed with the results.

2. Order your shoes early so that you have time to get them dyed.

Having your shoes dyed locally is usually the best way to ensure they are finished on time. The length of time that it takes to do the dye job varies from cobbler to cobbler and from season to season. If you are getting married in the middle of prom season, you can expect it to take longer because the cobblers are busy with prom shoes as well. Likewise, late May, and early June are the second if you are planning to be married close to the usual dance recital times of year which are usually late May and early June, typically – because that’s a second busy time of year for those who dye shoes to match costumes. Your best option is to call around and ask how much time you should allow for having your shoes dyed. This can help you be certain that your shoes are finished before your wedding day.

3. For a perfect match, check with the maker of your dress to find out if they have coordinating shoe dyes.

Some major wedding gown and dress suppliers have worked hard to develop dyes for shoes that coordinate with the dyes they use for their dresses. Cobblers and shoemakers who often dye shoes for proms and weddings should know if the manufacturers suggest dyes that should match very closely to the wedding colors. If you can find one in your city or a nearby city, you may have the best chance of knowing that your Apple wedding dress sash is an exact match for your shoes if you have them dyed in Apple.

4. Bring a swatch when you bring your shoes in to be dyed.

Your cobbler should be able to match your dress color much easier if you can provide a swatch of the color you want like your shoes to be. A swatch is typically a two to four inch square that helps the person dyeing the shoes find the closest match. Usually, when you buy your dress, you can request a swatch to use for dye matching for your shoes.

5. Pick up your shoes at least a few days in advance of your wedding day.

Picking up your shoes in advance should give you enough time to try them out and practice walking and dancing in them. When you get your shoes back, be sure to check the color in the same light that should be present at your ceremony. This can help you decide if the colors match properly. It may be possible to remove the color and try to re-dye your shoes, but it is not common and not every cobbler attempts this. That is another reason to get your shoes back early enough to try them with your dress. If you are unhappy with the color match, you may have time to find another pair of shoes that meet your satisfaction.

You should also keep in mind the following basic rules for finding shoes that fit you comfortably:

- Walk around in the shoes for ten to fifteen minutes before you buy them to make sure that they fit comfortably.
- Buy your shoes early enough to practice walking in them, especially if they are a different heel height or style than you usually wear.

Memorable and Affordable Wedding Favors

by: jenniferbailey009
If your desire for the perfect wedding favor is colliding with your budget, there are memorable wedding favors that do not have to be out of your price range. There are many ways to send your guests home with a souvenir of your special day without breaking the bank, especially if you are willing to be a little creative and do some of the work yourself. If you are looking for affordable wedding favors, these ideas can help you find or create wedding favors that your guests should love.

Memorable blooming wedding favors

One of the hottest trends this season is the Blooming Wedding Favor. These are wedding favors made of handmade paper impregnated with wildflower seeds. They are cut in romantic shapes like hearts, flowers, seashells, and doves. They can be tied with ribbons or decorated with netting. Your guests take them home, soak them in water, then plant them in a pot of soil, and within six weeks or so, your wedding guests should have a pot full of beautiful flowers to remind them of your wedding day and the love you shared with them that day.

You can make your own blooming wedding favors with some simple equipment such as a screen, a big bowl, and some felt. Just keep in mind that this can be a time consuming and messy process. It is far easier to buy them online, especially when they cost as little as $2 per favor. For just a few cents more, you can choose blooming wedding baskets. These favor boxes or favor bags can be filled with candies or a special remembrance of your wedding.

Giving the Gift of Candy

Candy has a long-standing tradition in wedding favors. Jordan almonds wrapped in tulle and ribbons were always a popular choice. Candy bars and chocolate kisses printed with a message to your guests are among the most popular of all contemporary wedding favors. Chocolate Hershey Kisses are an ideal wedding favor filler, especially when they are printed with your name and wedding date, or with your monogram. Candy is a very affordable wedding favor.

Other edible favors are just as friendly to your wallet, even if they are a bit more sophisticated in taste. Among the most memorable wedding favors, you can send home with your guests are jars of honey with a personalized label, or a personalized packet of gourmet coffee in Honeymoon Blend, or any one of about two dozen label motifs to fit your wedding theme and colors.

Save Money with DIY Wedding Favors

One of the best ways to save money and build a fellowship with your wedding party is to make your own wedding favors. You can buy the fixings for beautiful wedding favors and do the work of assembling them yourself at home, or invite your bridesmaids to an afternoon of snacks and ribbon tying. Whether you opt for a DIY favor kit that comes or order tulle circles and ribbon and do the rest yourself, you should have a great memorable afternoon. This is a great way to create beautiful wedding favors for your wedding day.

DIY Favor Ingredients

If you opt to create your wedding favors by yourself, you should find everything you need in a DIY section of your local wedding or craft store. You can also find these products online at a wedding supplier web site. Here are some suggestions of the pieces you can pick up to make your wedding favors special and completely personal.

Tulle Circles

Tulle is very fine netting that is often used to wrap candy and gifts, and then tied with ribbon. It makes pretty little pouf favors that turn a handful of wildflower seeds or a few candy mints into a wedding favor with a minimum of effort. They cost a few dollars for a hundred pre-cut circles in a specified diameter – which saves you the time and trouble of measuring and cutting the tulle yourself.

Personalized ribbons

Personalized ribbon in the color of your choice is the least expensive and simplest ways to give your DIY wedding favors a professional touch. It usually comes in rolls of 20 or so yards, printed with your name, and wedding details every six inches. You can use it to tie hangtags, wrap it around favor boxes, or tie up your tulle circles around M&Ms or Jordan almonds with your name ribbons.

Favor Boxes and Kits

One more professional looking favor accessory is a favor box to hold your candies or other little goodies. A favor box kit usually comes complete with box, cover, ribbon and a personalized hanging tag for the gift box.

There are many great options to consider when choosing memorable wedding favors. Several choices include, blooming favors, candy, and do-it-yourself wedding favors. These all allow you to add your own personal touch making it easy for your guests to remember your special day.

Maternity Clothes Trends

by: kamal32

For most women, the most stylish maternity clothes solution is to wear stretch classic jeans and a mans white oxford shirt. However, the day comes when they face the inevitable the visit to a maternity clothes store, either for a special occasion outfit, or to browse the plus size maternity clothes section in search for the most flattering solution to their style dilemmas. So what exactly should an expecting mom look for in maternity clothes, either regular or plus size ones

For the first few months most women can get along with the wardrobe they already have. Slightly bigger breasts and increased waistline will make them sexier, not bigger. But when regular clothes do not work anymore, most women prefer to forget about fashion trends and cocoon themselves into shapeless dresses or high waist slacks paired with voluptuous sweaters.

First of all, dont try to hide your condition. Its chic to be pregnant today, and young Hollywood stars happily get pregnant whenever they want and remain fashionable and glowing till the delivery. Today its much more flattering to show off your belly than to hide it under layers of clothes. The most current maternity outfits are sleek numbers that let your curvy silhouette show.

Happy Hippie. You will be perfectly stylish in free flowing ethnic skirts, kaftans and yoke dresses that accommodate a growing belly. Airy tunics and patterned blousons look equally great with oversize cardigans, perhaps with a wide belt under the belly, or on their own, with a tiny capelet for warmth. This trend also embraces the wide empire waisted and baby doll dresses that can be worn over the maternity pants and jeans. Best designers working in this style Alberta Ferretti, Anna Sui.

Bold Accessories. Keep the visual details on top. A scarf, a capelet, a bolero jacket in contrasting colors, virtually anything that accentuates the shoulders and bust line are very flattering. Layering with ponchos and shawls will complete the look, if you go for a loose bohemian style. Halter type necklines are also very flattering, because in most women their neck and arms look the same even if the rest of the body grows at enormous speed.

Skip Under wires. When your bust is growing, a thick shelf bra is healthier than a bra with metallic wiring underneath. The sports bra will also do the trick. It will allow more room and support while you grow.

Wear Jeans. Today denim designers offer maternity versions of their most popular models. Citizen of Humanity, Seven For Mankind and Earl Jeans have maternity lines, as well as Juicy, in a variety of denim washes. Wear your maternity jeans low slung, embroidered and slimming with contrasting washes.

Multifun ctional Suits. With modern maternity suits you can easily switch from day to night, as they do double duty. You can dress them down with a tshirt for a day or add a silk blouse or tunic for the night. The most charming maternity suits are made of wool and cotton, with blouses made of char meuse and chiffon. Menswear plaids and pinstripes also look charming on pregnant women. Choose the size wisely if you can stick two fingers between the waistline and the fabric of your new skirt or pants, its too big and will stay so, even when you grow.

Dont Bare Too Much Skin. Revealing the growing belly may do the trick for Britney Spears, but not many women can do that with flare. Pregnancy is the beautiful period of life, but wearing too skimpy clothes will just look tacky.

Neckline Options for Plus Size Wedding Dresses

by: jenniferbailey009

Choosing a wedding dress is a combination of elation and excitement. All of those emotions can be even more pronounced if your body does not fit the magazine mold. That stunning dress that looks great on a size 8 may not be quite so flattering on a size 16 girl. When you are looking for a plus size wedding dress, every little detail can make the difference between “just a wedding dress” and “what a gorgeous bride!”

One of those small details that is often overlooked when choosing a wedding gown is the neckline. Consider the effect of the neckline on your overall wedding day look. The neckline of your wedding dress frames your face, helps create balance and determines the jewelry and hairstyle that you wear on your big day. There many styles of necklines that are excellent options for the plus size bride. If you are uncertain which necklines looks best on your figure, here is a quick overview of the various styles of necklines from which you can choose.

Portrait Necklines

Portrait necklines are flattering to just about any figure style. The portrait neckline is a variation of the off-the-shoulder style. It is a lovely compromise between a strapless look, that shows a little too much, and a covered-up style, that can make you look a bit top-heavy. Portrait necklines are an especially good choice for the plus size bride who wants to avoid bare upper arms but wants to show off her shoulders and neck. A portrait neckline is also a great choice if you want to wear a dress that lengthens your neck and frames beautiful neckwear.

Bateau Necklines

Bateau necklines are similar to portrait necklines and they are a great choice for brides that want to minimize the size of their bust. Unlike the portrait style, which is completely off the shoulder, a bateau neckline attaches at the very edge of the shoulder and creates a barely curving line across the bust. The line creates a long, slim neck and draws the eyes up to your face and away from a wide shoulder line.

Sweetheart Necklines

Sweetheart necklines are ideal for women with large busts because the shape offers coverage and support while still revealing a bit of the neckline. The sweetheart takes its name from the shape of the neckline, which curves up over the tops of the breasts and dips down in the center, framing and shaping the bust. While it is often seen on strapless wedding gowns, there are also many sleeved wedding gowns with sweetheart necklines. This shape also helps create the illusion of a long neck and frames the face and neck beautifully.

Scoop Necklines

Scoop necklines are attractive on nearly any figure type and it works with many styles of sleeves. They can reveal just a little skin or they can be cut much deeper, revealing more of the neckline. If you decide on a wedding gown with a scoop neckline, you should have a wide choice of gown styles from which to choose.

Square Necklines

Square necklines create a straight line across the bodice and right angles at the corners of the neck. While they can be flattering for most figure types, brides with broad shoulders may want to avoid them because they tend to widen the shoulder line. By contrast, they are an excellent choice for the bride who wants to balance a wide skirt and make her bust and shoulders appear wider.

Strapless Bodices

Strapless bodices create a horizontal line across the body at the upper arms. Traditional fashion wisdom suggests that larger size brides might want to avoid them. Strapless styles are suggested for brides with “well-toned arms” because the eye is drawn there. Many variations are also available that modify the neckline, making it more flattering. Consider, for instance, a strapless sweetheart neckline, or one that curves slightly upward at the center and dips lower under the arms. If you have your heart set on a strapless gown, consider making small changes to draw the eye toward the center of your body and away from your upper arms.

Halter Necklines

Halter necklines are another option that many fashion mavens do not suggest for plus size brides, especially those with broad shoulders. Generally, halter necklines call attention to the upper body, especially the arms and shoulders. Depending on the style of the halter, they may shorten your neck, which is not always flattering to a larger woman. Like the strapless bodice, though, there are ways to modify a halter neckline and make it more flattering to any figure type.

High Collar Necklines

High collar necklines create a formal look to your wedding gown. Depending on the cut of the gown, this can be a very flattering look for the plus-size bride, or it can emphasize the width of shoulders. The only way to be sure whether a high collar neck is flattering is to take into account the overall style of the dress.

For Beginners: Ten Ways To Prepare To Get Published

by: jagdeep580

Like any field, excellent writing requires study, practice and mentorship. Very few successful authors ever published their first draft of their first work. Nearly all had to expend considerable effort to improve their craft. Here are some ways to prepare for that moment of publication. These tips also help keep you on your toes after publication for better and better writing results as your career develops.
1) Read, read, read in your field. You can never read too much when you’re trying to excel as a writer. Reading in your field helps you develop a discerning eye. You need this discerning eye for when you step back and look at your own work.
2) Cultivate role models. Know who the top-selling authors are in your field. Find out more about them. How did they get to where they are? Do searches in the Internet (available in most libraries-ask your librarian how to use a search engine) for information about particular authors whose careers you admire. Let your role models inspire rather than daunt you. There is no competition, only inspiration, potential teachers and opportunities for cooperation. That author you envy this year may be writing a blurb for your first novel next year.
3) Research your markets. If you want to publish in periodicals, whether literary fiction, journalistic writing, or anything else, realize publication standards serve a purpose other than to frustrate new authors.
4) Take classes. Many cities offer writing classes through community colleges or local writing groups. Online writing classes are popping up everywhere. If possible, choose a writing teacher who has published in a field you’d like to enter. Even better, find someone you already consider a mentor. Not every published author has what it takes to offer beginning writers what they need, but many do.
5) Join or start a writer’s group in your area. We teach best what we most need to learn. There is no better way to improve your own writing than to help others with theirs.
6) Find a writing buddy with whom to check in on a regular basis. The two of you can be each others’ inspiration, accountability market, guidepost and reality check. Having structure and someone to check in with may help you look forward to your otherwise lonely writing sessions.
7) Play with changing voices. Copy other writers you admire. How does that feel? Pretend you suddenly got an injection of creativity serum or I.Q. booster, then write like mad for ten minutes. What happens to the quality of your words? Is this a possible new direction for you? As creative and intelligent beings, we have so much more within us than we could ever dream.
8) Accept the reality of rewriting. Unlike other professions who get to rest on their milestones, for writers, a completed manuscript often represents a beginning. The best writing comes after lots of rewriting, even for seasoned authors. You needn’t throw any of it away, but not every sentence belongs in every work. Save the scraps, but don’t get attached to where they go, or the integrity of your project will suffer.
9) Get clear on what you want out of getting published. Many writers move forward without knowing where they want to wind up. As a teacher once told me, “If you don’t know where you’re going, any road will take you there.” The answer to what you want out of getting published will help you determine the best route to take. And in publishing, those routes are many and varied. You can use our Twenty Questions as a self-help guide.
10) If what you want is to get published in the least amount of time, considering hiring a ghostwriter. An extremely common but rarely discussed practice, many successful authors talk to ghostwriters, who put their skills to work on an author’s behalf. Although some such ghostwriters get a cover credit, many do not, hence the “ghost” terminology. If you have more money than time or inclination to toil, ghostwriting may be the option for you. To learn more about ghostwriting, send an email to information@getpublished.com

SPQ Gold as a Pre-hire Sales Tool

by: Richard Bonn
SPQ Gold is basically a pre-hire sales assessment tool that would help companies in short listing and selecting the right candidates that would best suit their companies requirements. This psychometric assessment tool would be helpful in building a strong and efficient sales team. As it is no way possible to assess the efficiency of a candidate to bring in more sales before he or she is employed, it becomes essential to have a measuring tool that would filter them and confirm if they are actually capable of meeting the requirements. Certificates of past experience and other related stuff cannot be relied upon, as those things would not assure that the same candidate would be able to produce the same results in this new company as making more sales and promoting the business does not depend on one single factor. Whereas SPQ Gold would assess the person based on various factors so that the company can find the right person and can get the best out of his or her sales performance.

The basic characteristics of a sales person that SPQ Gold assessment assesses are their ability to initiate contacts with the client. The way they introduce themselves also plays a vital role and only these two factors can be the basis for any further discussion. Only the person who is able to perform well in these two aspects would be able to survive in the market as the competition in all sectors of the industrial world are equally competitive. SPQ Gold assessment would also test their ability to fix an appointment with the client and the persons efficiency to organize the meeting well and to carry out the discussion appropriately. The tool also assesses the persons ability to hide his or her personal emotions while dealing with the business officials.

Another important factor that SPQ Gold assessment considers in a candidate is his or her energy level and confidence to face failures and get going with fresh positive energy. As the chances to fail in the process of closing a sale can always possible, there are many chances of the sale person to take it personally and regret and get discouraged about their own performance. The failed business would have already gone, in addition to that, the negative feeling would affect their performance in the forthcoming sales as well. This negative feeling can be overcome only by those confident candidates would leave the past, get going with new approaches, and determinately close the next sale making profit to the business.

The sales call reluctance of the candidate would also be assessed by this pre-hire sales assessment tool, as this is another main factor that would hinder sales. This pre-hire sale assessment tool can be very useful for managers to build a successful sales team in which every individual sales person would perform well. SPQ Gold assessment would not only promote sales but would also reduce the cost that the company would otherwise be wasting on resources that are of no use to the company.

SPQ Gold to Hire the Best Sales People

by: Richard Bonn

One of the most difficult aspects of running a business or an organization is not acquiring the necessary raw materials, not manufacturing the products, not even the quality control. It is rather the recruitment of the right workforce that poses itself as the most difficult challenges. The level of difficulty varies with department to department. The most difficult wing to hire workforce is the sales team. Many companies always end up fighting a losing battle when it comes to hiring the best sales people for their organization.

The recruitment panel often thinks that they have recruited the best people available in the industry for their sales team but it just takes a few months before they realize that they have been totally wrong with their assessment and in their selection. It is a clear indicator that they have not used the right tools to hiring the best sales people. The conventional tests that we use to hire our sales team do not give us an accurate picture of the candidates and their abilities. Today we are in a highly competitive environment and as such, we need people who are highly capable. Our conventional testing methods are not capable of assessing the sales team and their abilities to meet todays needs. Therefore, we cannot expect them to give us reliable results.

Job seekers always add things to their resumes or tell things that do not match their actual abilities so we need the latest tools that will help us verify that they possess the skills that we need. SPQ Gold is a state-of-the-art psychometric assessment tool that will help us hire the best sales people. It is a highly scientific approach unlike the approaches that are not based or supported by scientific reasoning. When it comes to hiring the best sales people, we cannot go by our intuition and hunches. Such an approach will not help us in building a strong sales force that all of us need. Therefore, by using SPQ to hire the best sales people, we will not only base our decisions on scientific reasoning we can also be sure of the effectiveness of the team we hire. We do not have to base our assessments just on our limited past experience and our intuitions anymore.

It is not enough to have just one or two members of the sales team be excellent performers while others be average or below average performers. Such a team will pull even the top producers to underperformance. The top performers are very likely to be de-motivated by the underperformers in the team more than better performers inspiring the underperformers. So never take chances with your companys future. Make use of the right tools like SPQ Gold to hire the best sales people. SPQ Gold will help you find people with highly healthy sales traits. By hiring a team whereby each member of the team is equally competent, you can create a healthy competition, which will bring best results.

Paid Search Marketing: Keywords

by: Jim Gray

In any paid search marketing campaign the most important factor is the correct choice of keywords. Getting these wrong can impact heavily on your campaign and the cost of failure can be significant in terms of both cash and lost opportunity. Often the keywords that people think are appropriate quite often are not. Although you might be extremely aware of the details of your products and services, you might not be aware of the terms used by people who are searching for you. Quite often there is a huge mismatch between the terms the business owner considers to be appropriate and those actually used during searches.

When first confronted with this problem the tendency is to throw ones arms up in despair, but fortunately there are a number of internet marketing tools that can assist you. One of the major providers of paid search marketing services is Google. This organisation has a number of excellent keyword tools that it makes available to both members and non-members alike. For instance, this tool allows you to input a description of the product or service you wish to promote, and it will generate a set of appropriate keywords ranked by relevance. It will also list what it calls the local search volume for the last month, which is the number of search queries matching the keyword result for the specific country and language, along with a global figure which includes all countries and languages. Alternatively, you are able to enter the URL of your business website and it will provide a list that is relevant to that. A particularly useful benefit of this tool is that it provides a detailed website competitor analysis.

There are a number of alternative proprietary keyword tools that provide additional data or present it in an alternative format. Some of these are available as free web based applications, and some as stand alone software that you need to purchase and download. Some of these will even allow you to explore the keywords used by your competitors, which can be extremely useful in developing a paid search marketing campaign.

Perfect Marriages With Russian Women

by: tomcornish22 mario

The World wide web made it possible for people of different cultures get acquainted with soul mates, strike up a friendship, establish a relationship and even find a life partner.

Now there are a large number of online dating sites where foreign men can get to know potential Russian brides. There are also online marriage agencies providing the corresponding services for a small fee, if any. Some of them are placed in Russia, primarily in Moscow and St. Petersburg, others are situated in other countries. A number of people give preference to online dating, as they can see if they are compatible straight from the very beginning by reading candidates' profiles or communicating via e-mail. When it is time for partners to meet offline, highly reliable marriage agencies organise everything a foreigner needs, such passport and visa issues, interpreters etc., for a successful date.

Some people abroad often want to know why Russian ladies search for boy-friends far from home. First, the present demographic situation in Russia is very urgent. Females greatly outnumber males, in particular women over thirty. Thus, 30-year-olds are very unlikely to get married in the mother country. Second, there is a high part of Russian men addicted to alcohol. Alcoholism does not only totally destroy men's health but also their families. Third, because of the constantly changing economic situation in the country most Russian women are employed, usually on a full-time basis, to supplement their husbands' income or very frequently to provide for their families as the only breadwinner. Still, after a tiring working day they have a number of duties to perform at home, such as raising children and keeping house. Infrequent are cases when Russian men can earn enough, so that their wives could stay at home.

Therefore, wretched Russian ladies leave the fatherland in search of steady, secure life abroad. Educated women knowing a foreign language, rather English, find it easier to strike up relationships with foreigners, as they overcome cultural and language barriers and adapt to a new way of life quicker. Their ability to make a career and perform domestic responsibilities simultaneously makes them perfect partners for western men.

However, some Russian ladies do not target at striking up a long-lasting relationship with foreigners, but at getting benefits from them, frequently financially. So, one should beware of Russian scammers. Fortunately for men, such cases are infrequent.

To sum up, the existence of dating websites and on-line marriage agencies help singles of different nationalities, educational background, financial status make perfect matches.

Search Sub Engine Revolutionises Free Online Advertising

by: micol1212

Which ever way you look at it, the Internet has made an enormous impact on the World we live in, no more so than in the World of business.

Libraries: Going Online

by: Deaksarm

For as long as can be remembered, libraries have offered mass amounts of free information that is easily accessible to the nearby community. This unlimited access has been an asset to communities everywhere for research, educational and recreational purposes. Patrons could go to the library and access all this information for free, keep it for a set time, and return it later. All seemed to work well and both library and patron were happy.

However, patrons encountered one large problem with libraries: their inability to be accessible at all hours of the day. When patrons needed to return a book late or pick up one early, they would encounter the discouraging pictures of closed doors. Enter the online library, a place that contained all the same information as an actual library with the added bonus of being accessible at all hours of the day from any location. By simply using their library cards, patrons could have access to these online portals. With the online library, a patron does not have to worry about finding their book or movie by closing time because no such time exists. Also, if the information a patron needs is contained within another library, they do not need to wait for their library to send for it but can instead access it immediately on the web. However, if the patron wishes to view the information in hard copy form, they can also order it and pick it up at their library.

Among the more popular of these online innovations are the Internet Public Library and Thomson Gale's AccessMyLibrary, two sites granting access to a number of libraries in one spot. These online libraries offer the same resources as traditional libraries, but now the information can be accessed quickly and easily. Patrons can search for books and media by title, author, subject, genre, and even dewy decimal system in some cases. Besides searching for books, patrons can also search for newspapers and individual articles found on the web. The search capabilities in online libraries often compete with search engines; however libraries have the upper hand. Searching in a library often yields results that are more relevant and focused than those found on a normal search engine.

The information searched on an online library is not limited to what is contained within the true library (if one is even attached to the online library), but is open to a world of resources found on the web. Material that was too expensive or otherwise inaccessible through traditional libraries is made readily available on online versions. Information from magazines, journals, newspapers and more is searched to find exactly what the patron is looking for. Online libraries often work with databases such as Gale/Thomson's InfoTrac Databases, Ebscohost Research Databases and infoUSA's Reference USA.

Opening up the net to the information stored in a library also presents the library itself with benefits. No longer does storage space become an issue for a library because all its content is stored in electronic form. Offering content online also allows for better communication between the library and its patrons due to e-mail capabilities.

Do not be swayed that online libraries will leave librarians out of a job. Content must be monitored to ensure its relevancy and sites must be maintained by those knowledgeable in the library field. Librarians are also used on some sites for an "ask a librarian" feature that allows patrons to e-mail a question to a librarian and get a response in a couple of days. Librarians are essential to keeping online libraries going.

With the establishment of online libraries, patrons and libraries are kept happy and busy. Content is no longer denied due to over stocked shelves and doors are never closed to those eager to learn. Going online has allowed libraries to reach across states, countries and continents and grant millions access to a wealth of knowledge.

How to Write a Hot Selling E-book in Only Five Paragraphs

by: Proactive

For this article, it follows on from my previous how lays out one method for creating quality ebooks. Yes - its a little cheky, a little lazy, but it saves us time and more importantly - it works.

Now what we're going to do is use other peoples hard work to create our very own unique products. Sounds too good to be true doesn't it. However this is a very real opportunity that the top gun ebook publishers use time and time again to create products in lightning quick time.

Go to www.goarticles.com. If you've had a look at my last article about finding a niche, you'll now be looking for some quality content. Yes, you can write it yourself, but as others have already written our articles for us, lets use them instead.

You see web site owners write articles and submit them to article directories so that they get free publicity for their sites. At the end of each article is a link back to their web site with a bit of information about their site for example. These site owners want people to take that article and market it to people so they get visitors to their site without spending a dime on marketing. This is perfect for savvy entrepreneurs who are willing to spend a few hours of their time in order to profit for many years to come.

What we can do at go articles.com is type in a niche in the search bar at the top right (make sure it's on "article content" rather than search by author). Type in your niche market. So for example type in "gardening". You'll get thousands of result related to what you have searched for. Now what simply go through the results finding at least seventy quality articles related to the dog market and copy and paste them into Word.

Just make sure they are quality articles. If you create an ebook using rubbish you'll just get a high refund rate and it will all be a pointless and frustrating.

If you can try and tie all the articles together in one sub niche. For example a sub niche of dogs might be training your dog. So you could find articles on stopping your dog from barking at night, toilet training that kind of thing. Use a bit of imagination when using this method.

Email Article Authors

You don't want to use any articles without the authors permission. Remember the majority of articles will have been submitted so the author can get visitors to their site without spending a dime. However you never want to breach any copyright laws. To avoid this email the authors of each article. Explain to them that you are creating an ebook aimed at their niche market. You'd love to include their article in your book and you'll include a link back to their site and information about them. Also ask them if they have any other articles you could include.

You can expert around seventy percent (minimum) of authors you contact to be delighted you're going to include their article in your book. Just ditch the ones left.

Put the articles in an order that makes sense and create a contents page. Use the titles of the articles as contents topics. You could even create chapters aimed at solving certain problems people in your niche have. So for example if you were creating an ebook on golf you could create a section on improving your golf swing, a section on the mind game of golf and so on. All articles would make up separate chapters.

Finally write a short introduction and conclusion. These only need to be a few paragraphs each. Tell people what they can expect to learn and make sure you sign off using your name. Instantly you will establish yourself as an expert. You can also link to your back end products at the end of the book to increase your sales.

Finally you need to turn it into an ebook to sell. Go to http://www.primopdf.com/ and download the software. Don't worry it won't cost you a dime. Once downloaded all you need to do is in your word software hit "file" and then "print" and then select "primo PDF" as your printer. Voila. You've just created an ebook using other peoples hard work. This whole process can be done in just a few hours. Obviously you may need to wait a day or two for the article authors to get back to you but apart from that you're all set! Anyone can use this method to create more ebooks than you'd ever be able to sell.

Thats a great method right? I mean it won't cost you anything to create a product yet you could sell hundreds if not thousands of copies and keep all the profits using other peoples hard work!

No fuss. No drawbacks. Just try a few to see how easy it is.

What They Don't Advertise About Music Downloading Services: Napster vs. Rhapsody

by: trycmcw

Both Napster and Rhapsody have a large selection of songs. Both music downloading services offer downloads for a flat monthly rate. While they may seem similar on the surface, there are some critical differences to be found when comparing music downloading services. In this article, we'll take a look into Napster and Rhapsody's fine print to determine which of these music downloading services is the best buy.

Compare music downloading services: Limitations

The most common complain among Rhapsody users is the poor quality of .wma files and the sluggish download time. On the other hand, Napster users commonly complain about the limited selection in comparison to Rhapsody; ironic considering that Napster was once the go-to source for all music downloads. Furthermore, those who have tried Napster say that the interface is a bit cumbersome.

And here's the clincher:

Rhapsody only allows for downloads of .wma files, not MP3s. If you were to read the verbiage on Rhapsody's site too quickly, you may think that you can download MP3s, but that's not the case. If you're using Rhapsody and want MP3's, you've got to burn your songs to a disc and then convert them to MP3.

Compare music services: Streaming Music

Maybe you don't want to deal with downloads. Maybe you just want to have the ability to listen to music from your computer. Rhapsody offers radio stations' that allow you to listen to streaming music from artists that are similar in style to those that you have already shown and interest in. The radio stations are a great way to discover new music. They also give you access to music that isn't yet available for download due to licensing rights.

While Napster also has a radio stations feature, it's not as intuitive as Rhapsody's. Your station only plays music from your current inventory, meaning that you won't be exposed to new artists and don't have access to music that is not yet available for download.

Choosing between music downloading services

The right choice in music downloading services most likely will depend on how and where you prefer to listen to your music. If you prefer downloading songs to your MP3 player, you might prefer Napster for its easy MP3 downloads. However, if you mainly listen to music on your computer and like discovering new artists and new music, you might really enjoy Rhapsody and its unique radio station feature.

N97 is the best Nokia

by: Hollie Wilcox

Why is the N97 the best Nokia? It has the biggest screen, 640 times 360 pixels. It has the most memory capacity, 32GB and the memory card slot. It has the touchscreen, far better than on Express Music 5800. It has a full qwerty keyboard, hidden under the screen. It has the 5 megapixel camera. The only thing it doesn't have is a real camera flash, which was once seen in Nokia phones. But the flash would reduce battery life too much. This way, you can record videos in 30 fps 640x480 resolution for more than 3 hours. Or talk for 6 hours. Yes, I know, you wonder who talks for 6 hours a day over a mobile phone? But what if you don't only talk, but also surf the web while you talk and also listen to the radio? And track your wife's shopping route in real time, receiving instant picture messages of various discount products with a comment of "we should get this too". No, you couldn't do that with an iPhone. The operating system is limited to one application at a time, and the camera is so bad you wouldn't be able to see what your wife is about to buy, the position following would also not be available. Nor would the qwerty keyboard so that you can type a lengthy explanation to your no answer.

The N95 was a phone which everybody admired. Now those people need to get the N97. They can elaborate the reasons for admiration with the qwerty keyboard, and rest their thumb from constant clicking of up and down and left and right when browsing the web by using the touchscreen. The Nokia has never had such a graceful way of control. Maybe the Internet Tablet, but that isn't a phone. And why does a phone need 32GB of flash memory inside? When you see it's possibilities, you will know why. Don't worry if you fill it up, you can insert 16GB micro SD cards in it and keep on filming and photographing and downloading... No more need for a netbook. And your desktop is getting scared as well. It will most likely only be used when you need to burn a disc or model in 3d, or transfer a DVD to your Nokia over WiFi and reduce the 5.1 sound to only the stereo speakers inside the phone. Ah the limitations.

The Nokia N97, a fully loaded mobile phone that no other mobile can compete with.

by: Hollie Wilcox

Nokia has had a revolutionary growth worldwide in production and marketing of mobile phones, desktop-laptop pockets and other products. One of the mobile computer phones I would like to talk about here is the Nokia N97, a fully loaded mobile phone that no other mobile can compete with.
The Nokia N97 has a S60 5th edition symbian OS 9.4 version with a tilt slider and it works on a single CPU of 434 MHz. The remarkable thing about the Nokia N97 mobile phone is its memory which comprises of internal 32GB and 16GB Micro SDHC which is expandable up to 32GB. There are tons of functions. Through this mobile phone you can use the provided 48GB memory to click photos, videos of your loved ones via a 5 mega pixel camera located on the back of the mobile phone and share it. It also has a VGA camera on the front side which is meant for video calls.

For music lovers Nokia N97 is a compatible mobile phone which can load music supporting MP3, WMA , AAC, eAAC, eAAC+, wav, ogg formats and listen to it wherever you wish. It is also equipped with stereo FM radio with RDS so that the music is always available. The Nokia N97 is also enabled with multimedia messaging, Bluetooth, data cable, inbuilt browser so that there is no delay in transferring and receiving data such as photos, videos, documents etc.

The Nokia N97 is also loaded with various games and other software like A-GPS, Photo browser, video player, document viewer, one touch access to music, well organized calendar, ovi store and much more. This mobile phone can also be connected to a television.

Another interesting factor is that this cell phone with outstanding features weighs only 150gms, so it's like having a whole computer in your pocket. Imagine carrying a laptop in your pocket that's as light as a feather. So if you are interested in buying such products I would suggest you to go for none other than a Nokia N97; a fully loaded computer mobile phone with superb features and a decent price.

Fuji Xerox - Helping John Paul College at Daisy Hill See The 21st Century

by: Erica Jones

John Paul College at Daisy Hill in Queensland, Australia is more than just a college for young adults to pursue a higher education; in fact, it actually consists of several different schools which are focused on helping students of almost any age. As such, it was extremely important that the school's IT Department be up-to-date on all of the latest technology; but unfortunately they weren't.

Because JPC was already operating on a tight budget, most of their 230 printers were old, inadequate inkjet printers; most of which were purchased years ago for no more than $100 or so. This made for inaccurate prints depending on which printer was used for the job, as well as downtimes and processing times that were just unacceptable in the 21st century. Operating on these outdated printers, which could be anywhere from 3 to 15+ years old, the school's Board of Directors recognized the need for change.

Thankfully, JPC teamed up with Fuji Xerox Australia, naming them as their one and only vendor to oversee a massive overhaul of their IT Department's printing equipment - and that's exactly what Fuji Xerox did. In order to cut both document production costs and times, some 130 multifunction devices and printers were installed throughout the school system; including the ApeosPort-II C4300H, the DocuPrint C3210DX and the DocuPrint C3290FS.

In order to minimise the impact of installing 130 new printing devices, Fuji Xerox worked closely with JPC to develop a work schedule that would still allow the school's staff to perform their day-to-day operations without any obstruction. While it was a monumental task, in the end it was worth it. JPC now sees a consistent print quality that is up-to-date with the standards of the 21st century; and as a result they will be enjoying high quality printing services for quite some time to come.

Excavators Explained

by: Mr Robert Tate

Excavators are vehicles used in the professions of construction, industrial and manufacturing. They are often referred to as a digger or a 360, which is an abbreviation of a 360 degree excavator. The undercarriage usually has wheels or tracks which allows movement. The cab is mounted on a pivot that rotates 360 degrees. There is an articulated arm (which consists of a boom) and a stick and also a bucket. They are considered to be the next generation of steam shovels of the past.

There are many types of excavators such as compact, dragline, steam, power, suction and long reach. They have many uses which includes: to dredge rivers, in mining, to do heavy lifting, for landscaping, in the demolition of houses or other buildings, in material handling, and to dig trenches and ditches. They come in various sizes, and the smallest are called compact or mini excavators. Tracked excavators are referred to as track hoes. The largest weigh over 185,000 lbs. while the smallest weigh a little more than 3,000 lbs. In the market today, there are excavators that can fit through a door in your home.

The basic structure in simplest terms is as follows. The cab is attached to the deck by pins which hold the gears that operate the tracks. The boom is also attached to the cab by large pins. The boom is attached to the stick, and the stick is attached to the bucket. Some excavators also come with a thumb that attaches to the bucket but it is not necessary for most jobs. Hydraulic cylinders are used to create lift for the boom and some booms are equipped with a swivel so it can operate independently of the cab. The stick provides length for the boom. Buckets are used for various reasons. Wide buckets are used to smooth out surfaces and make them even by filling dirt in the ground. Dig buckets have teeth on it to break into the ground. Buckets with the V shape are made with the sole purpose to penetrate frozen ground.

Recently, the capabilities of excavators have grown greatly beyond simple excavation tasks with a bucket. The inventions of hydraulic powered attachments such as the grapple, the auger and the breaker have expanded the utilization of excavators. On the jobsite, these excavators are usually used with bulldozers and loaders. Most of the smaller excavators come equipped with a small backfill blade which is connected to the undercarriage. It is used to push material that has been removed back into the hole. Before 1990, excavators had a hang-over counterweight that would hang off the back of the vehicle that would help provide more lifting power and force that would enable it to dig. This became aggravating and would restrict the vehicle from turning a full radius. However, in 1990 the Komatsu Engineering Company blueprinted a new excavator that removed the counterweight from its design. This became the world's first tight-tail swing excavator and is the most widely used model throughout the world today.
